The story started where Lee Yoon Sung (also known as 'poo chai' when he was small) is a talented MIT-graduate with a PhD who works on the international communications team in the Blue House. He plans revenge on five politicians who caused his father's death with his surrogate father Lee Jin Pyo and eventually becomes a "City Hunter." Lee yoon sung falls for a girl named Kim Na Na who works as a bodyguard at the blue's house. Everything getting interesting when Lee Yoon Sung using his method to take his revenge.
